Watchdog Memo: ‘Irregularities’ Found in DOJ Investigation of Spy Chief of China, Associate Patrick Ho

"The Department of Justice (DOJ) investigation and prosecution of CEFC China Energy Co. boss and Biden family associate Patrick Ho displayed “irregularities,” including concealing known connections between the Chinese Communist Party-linked entity and the Bidens, and communication between Hunter Biden and the FBI agents

involved in Ho’s case, according to a memo by the Heritage Foundation Oversight Project.

Ho, infamously referred to as “the fucking spy chief of China” by Hunter Biden, was arrested in November, 2017, and convicted in December, 2018, in the Southern District of New York and sentenced to 3 years in prison for violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and money laundering. Ho’s first phone call upon his arrest was to Hunter Biden, who was allegedly providing legal services to him at the time.

Now, a memo by the Heritage Foundation obtained exclusively by Breitbart News alleges that since Ho’s conviction, “significant evidence has emerged identifying concerning irregularities with the DOJ investigation and prosecution,” including that “DOJ was aware of connections between the Biden family and CEFC at least as early as 2017 and that they acted to conceal this information from the public,” as well as “contacts between Hunter Biden and FBI agents related to Ho’s arrest,” and “a leak of investigatory information in the Ho case.”

The memo also cites evidence that the DOJ redacted mentions of the Biden family — specifically, Hunter Biden — in the evidence presented at Ho’s 2018 trial. For instance, Assistant U.S. Attorney Daniel Richenthal requested redactions of an email presented in the case for the purpose of avoiding a “political dimension”— which was eventually revealed on Hunter Biden’s “laptop from Hell.”

Another point made in the Heritage memo is how Hunter Biden was afforded attorney-client privilege as Ho’s legal representation, despite being a direct witness in the case. Hunter was also asked on the day of Ho’s arrest by another of Ho’s attorneys to “find the names [sic] FBI agents you spoke with, that would be helpful.”

Mike Howell, Director for the Oversight Project at The Heritage Foundation, told Breitbart this pattern of facts represents “another story of a rigged system of justice in America,” adding that these actions “[seek] to bury this major national security threat.”

Devon Archer: Joe Biden’s Claims of No Family Business Involvement Are ‘Categorically False’

"Joe Biden’s claims of not being a part of or privy to the Biden
family business deals are “categorically false,” Devon Archer told Tucker Carlson during an interview.

In 2014, Archer and Hunter both joined the board of Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company with legal challenges, as it was under investigation for wrongdoing. In turn, Burisma paid Hunter Biden $83,000 a month to be a board member and provide the Biden brand.

Archer testified Monday that in December 2015, Burisma cofounder Mykola Zlochevsky and Burisma executive Vadym Pozharski put pressure on Hunter Biden to get help from Washington, DC, regarding the Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who investigated Burisma for corruption. 

Years later, in 2018, Joe Biden bragged about the firing of Shokin, which he pushed for during an official visit to Ukraine in 2015." Breitbart

Mr. Zlochevsky replied that Mr. Hunter Biden “will take care of all of those issues through his dad,” according to the document.

FBI Documents Confirm That Joe Biden is ‘The Big Guy’

"A confidential FBI record indicates that Ukrainian oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky, the owner of Burisma, referred to President Joe Biden as the “big guy.” 

According to sources familiar with the FBI record, Zlochevsky

discussed an alleged bribe of $5 million to Joe Biden and an additional $5 million to Hunter Biden. The conversation took place years before the date of the FBI form, as reported by the Washington Examiner.
The sources further stated that Zlochevsky believed that unraveling the alleged bribery scheme would be challenging due to the involvement of multiple bank accounts, potentially taking up to 10 years.
It is worth noting that Zlochevsky’s reference to Joe Biden as the “big guy” in this context is unrelated to the mention of the same term by a business associate of Hunter Biden during negotiations with Chinese individuals with links to intelligence agencies. This reference surfaced in a previously undisclosed May 2017 email that became public in October 2020., the owner of Burisma, referred to President Joe Biden as the “big guy.”

Hunter’s damaged relationship with Schwerin is notable because

Schwerin is expected to “soon” provide revealing documents about the Biden family business to Republican House investigators, according to the House Oversight Committee. 

He shared bank accounts with Hunter and President Joe Biden and was president of Rosemont Seneca Partners, a fund created by Hunter and several​ associates that created business deals in Russia, Ukraine, China, and Romania. Schwerin also maintained guest lists for White House functions and negotiated the divorce settlement with Hunter’s first wife, Kathleen.

Hunter’s text messages in 2018 begin to show a deep distrust of Schwerin and his involvement in the family’s affairs, in which Hunter apparently owed Schwerin money. Their relationship seemingly became so poor that Hunter announced Schwerin was his “worst enemy…And everyone knows it.” By 2019, their relationship had deteriorated to the point that Hunter hatched a plot to cut Schwerin out of an ongoing off-the-books business arrangement. On February 3, 2019, Hunter conspired with fellow Biden family business partners Jeff Cooper and Devon Archer to cut Schwerin out of a then-current Biden family business arrangement and to replace him with Cooper and Archer." Hunter Biden’s Connection to Former FBI Official Charles McGonigal Arrested for Allegedly Taking Cash Payments

"Hunter Biden appears to be connected to former FBI official

Charles McGonigal, who was recently arrested for taking secret cash payments from a former Albanian intelligence officer, among other serious violations.

In the fall of 2017, McGonigal, the former FBI’s counterintelligence chief in New York, received a $225,000 payment from a former Albanian intelligence officer known as Agron Neza, according to U.S. prosecutors. McGonigal has since been charged for taking the cash payment, conducting meetings with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, and trying to help a Russian oligarch from evading U.S. sanctions.

In turn, Agron Neza introduced McGonigal to the former Albanian prime minister’s adviser, Dorian Ducka, and a former member of the Chinese energy company named CEFC or CEFC China Energy Co, the New York Post’s Miranda Devine reported.

In an email thread discovered on Hunter’s laptop, Hunter and his business partners had a conversation about a person named “Dorian.” Miranda Devine reported:

Someone with the same unusual first name as Ducka appears in Hunter’s abandoned laptop in an email discussion about CEFC between Hunter and associates James Gilliar and Rob Walker.

“Dorian was a real help early on so we should consider how we include him,” Gilliar wrote in the May 13, 2017, email.

“No way we don’t do it,” replies Hunter, “and if majority says no I’ll take it out of my salary.”

Meanwhile, back in Albania, McGonigal launched investigations into about 12 political opponents of Albanian’s prime minister, according to Belind Kellici, a political opponent of the prime minister. 

The probes apparently were used to block the prime minister’s opponents from doing business with the United States, including debanking them from the U.S. banking system.

McGonigal’s alleged corruption in Albania has recently made headlines in the country. Last week, protestors demanded the Albanian prime minister resign over his meetings with McGonigal. The New York Times reported that “McGonigal’s willingness to meet with the head of state in Albania, a country that has an American diplomatic presence, suggests he was not keeping his involvement there a secret from colleagues.”

McGonigal’s recent indictment by U.S. prosecutors for his alleged involvement in Albania for a “shakedown operation” has opened up new questions about why Albanians were allegedly paying McGonigal in 2017 — the same year Hunter’s emails appear to mention payments to the Albanian prime minister’s adviser.

The year 2017 appears to be a profitable year for the Biden family business. In 2017, Hunter was put on a $1 million retainer by CEFC chairman Ye.

An email thread from Hunter’s laptop in 2017 also shows a proposed percentage distribution of equity in a company created for a joint venture with CEFC, Hunter’s former business partner, Tony Bobulinski, the Biden family, and high-ranking members of the Chinese Communist Party.

The email sent on March 13, 2017, proposed business venture including “10 held by H for the big guy?” Bobulinski confirmed “the big guy” was a reference to President Joe Biden." Breitbart

Hunter Biden Admits Infamous Laptop Belongs To Him

"A lawyer for President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, urged state and
federal agencies in a letter on Feb. 1 to probe what he said were attempts by close allies of former President Donald Trump and others to “weaponize” the contents of a laptop that an electronics repair shop owner says was dropped off at his Delaware store in 2019.

The letters from Hunter Biden’s attorneys mark the first time he and his legal team have publicly acknowledged that it was his personal data found on the laptop.

The letter goes on to claim that Mac Isaac “unlawfully accessed Hunter Biden’s personal data” and distributed its contents to “the political enemies of Mr. Biden’s father without Mr. Biden’s consent,” including the New York Post.

Costello, when asked to comment on behalf of himself and Giuliani, said the letter was a “frivolous legal document” that “reeks of desperation because they know judgment day is coming for the Bidens.” ZH

Hunter Biden Withheld Employee's Pay Until She Let Him Watch Her Shower

"Texts show that Hunter demanded the impecunious coquette FaceTime (FT) him so he could watch her shower and “do what she does when she is alone” if she wanted her pay. Messages show it took him several months to send the woman her wages.

The unnamed woman worked as Hunter’s assistant at his company, Owasco. 

She tried to contact Hunter when her direct deposit payment of $837.06 didn’t arrive and her insurance was turned down by a dentist. She told Hunter she couldn’t afford to pay her rent.

US Treasury Covers for Biden Family, Blocks Republicans From Key Hunter Docs

"The U.S. Treasury has denied Republicans’ request for Hunter Biden’s records. The
department went as far to request additional information on the reasons for the Republicans’ request, which it’s not like Hunter Biden has rightfully been a focus of Republican criticism. The US Treasury Department denied a request from House Republicans on Wednesday for suspicious activity reports related to foreign banking and business transactions of Hunter Biden and other members of President Joe Biden’s family. 

Republicans have previously stated that they have evidence of shared finances, credit cards, and bank accounts between Hunter and Joe Biden. In an interim report released in November, Republicans inferred that the Treasury Department possesses at least 150 SARs related to financial transactions of Biden family members. 

Comer responded by saying that the Biden Administration’s effort to conceal information about the President and his family’s business dealings is concerning and raises many questions. Comer claimed that “this coordinated effort by the Biden Administration to hide information about President Biden and his family’s shady business schemes is alarming and raises many questions.” TP
